We help businesses to culturally embed the development of customer centred offerings as part of a wider digital transformation. We collaboratively develop a strategy and help with the direct implementation of it. This includes evolving skills, roles, processes, technology, and products. Our approach is especially suited to ‘Small and Medium Enterprises’ who may not have the investment or capacity to deal with change consisting of many ‘new’ moving parts.
Many businesses, and Founders, can define a market need but do not know how to serve it through a new ‘digital’ product or service offering. We help to envision the big idea through design concepts and prototypes that are tested with target customers. Out of the big idea, we help define what a minimum viable product or service could look like as a starting point for investment and development. We also define a roadmap, which shows how the offering should develop after each milestone the business reaches.
We are looking to re-define how we exchange and use ‘evidence-based’ information. In short, we are building a platform that will help reshape how we all interact with knowledge, information and each other. At this stage, we welcome partners who are in the ‘business of evidence’ (including but not limited to academia, professional information providers, consultants, research firms, and business units who rely on intelligence to make decisions).

Start-ups have many critical targets to achieve. Ideally, they will solve a problem that no one else is solving and there is a market for it. In most cases, they will likely compete with incumbent businesses who already have a market share.
Digital transformation should be about a concise re-design of the business that is implemented without disrupting business as usual. A digital transformation program designed from the top tier will lead to inventive, productive and coherent movement.
A start-up will not have much set up in terms of people, processes, tech or infrastructure including an office. Above all, there is no work culture.
